Which premium brands can Always Friday customize?
We customize premium apparel and merchandise from brands including Peter Millar, Holderness & Bourne, STIO, Patagonia, Brooks Brothers, Carhartt, Johnnie-O, Southern Tide, Marmot, Imperial, Richardson, YETI, and more. Brand and product availability can vary by season, inventory, decoration method, and program requirements.
Can you put our company logo on these brands?
Yes. We decorate approved products with your company logo using embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, patches, engraving, and other product-appropriate methods. We will recommend the method that produces the most retail-quality result for the item you choose.
Can we see a proof before placing the full order?
Yes. Upload your logo and request free digital proofs. Proofs are usually provided by the next business day, and production does not begin until the artwork is approved.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Most polos, quarter-zips, jackets, and similar apparel have a six-piece minimum. Hats and drinkware typically begin at 24 pieces, pens at 100, and golf balls are ordered by the dozen.
How long does custom branded apparel take?
Most orders ship approximately three weeks after proof approval. Larger programs, specialty decoration, individual fulfillment, or products with limited inventory may require additional time. We confirm timing before production begins.
Can you help us choose the right brand and products?
Absolutely. Tell us who the products are for, how they will be used, your quantity, budget, and deadline. We will narrow the options and recommend premium products that fit your audience and brand.
Do you offer preferred pricing for larger programs?
Yes. Orders of $2,500 or more receive 5% preferred pricing, $5,000 or more receive 8%, and $10,000 or more receive 10%. Final pricing depends on the products, quantities, decoration, and fulfillment requirements.
Can you ship to individual employees, clients, or offices?
Yes. Always Friday manages bulk delivery and individual nationwide fulfillment for employee apparel, onboarding kits, client gifts, conferences, and multi-location programs. We can also help collect sizes and shipping addresses.
What happens if a product or size is out of stock?
Premium retail inventory changes throughout the year. If a product or size becomes unavailable, we will recommend the closest in-stock alternative and provide an updated proof when needed before moving forward.
